Exchanges Only - No Refunds

At Lialee Dreamwear, we want you to love your purchase. We offer exchanges only and do not provide refunds for returned items.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
• Lingerie and intimacy items are excluded from exchanges for hygiene reasons

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order
• After 24 hours, if you wish to cancel your order, you will be responsible for paying the delivery fees to the delivery company

Cash on Delivery

• Cash on Delivery orders are payable in USD cash upon delivery, unless payment is completed in advance via WISH Money or OMT.
  Customers who choose WISH or OMT receive an exclusive 5% courtesy discount.
• Please have the exact amount ready when your order arrives

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for an exchange at no additional cost to you.
