Lialee Dreamwear currently ships within Lebanon. We are working to expand our shipping areas in the future.

We partner with reliable local delivery companies to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location within Lebanon
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order
Free shipping may be available on orders over $150, excluding heavy items such as wooden boxes.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after placement
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
You will receive a confirmation when your order has been shipped

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days within Lebanon
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors
We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery company or circumstances beyond our control

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Payment is collected when your order is delivered
Please have the exact amount in cash ready for the delivery driver
The delivery driver will provide you with a receipt upon payment
If the customer prefers local methods (WISH or OMT) → payment is made before delivery

Tracking Your Order

Failed Delivery Attempts

If you are not available to receive your order, the delivery company will attempt to contact you
Multiple failed delivery attempts may result in your order being returned
If an order is returned due to failed delivery after 24 hours from placement, you will be responsible for delivery fees

Order Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has shipped, cancellation will require payment of delivery fees to the delivery company

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately at 79195176
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
Claims for lost shipments must be made within 7 days of the expected delivery date

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Lebanon at this time.
