1. General Terms

By placing an order with Lialee Dreamwear, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products and Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability
  • Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person or per order
  • Product images are for illustration purposes and actual items may vary slightly in appearance

3. Orders and Payment

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method 
  • If the customer prefers local methods (WISH or OMT) → payment is made before delivery
  • Payment must be made in cash when your order is delivered
  • Please have the exact amount ready upon delivery
  • All sales are final once payment is received

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement
  • After 24 hours, cancellations will require payment of delivery fees to the delivery company

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery company or circumstances beyond our control
  • You must be available to receive your order at the provided address
  • Refusal to accept delivery after 24 hours from order placement will result in delivery fee charges

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Lialee Dreamwear offers exchanges only - no refunds
  • Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order
  • Lingerie and intimacy items cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence

7. Product Use and Care

  • Follow all care instructions provided with your products
  • Lialee Dreamwear is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or use
  • Intimacy items are sold for personal use only

8. Privacy and Personal Information

  • We collect and use your personal information only to process and deliver your orders
  • Your information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for order fulfillment
  • By placing an order, you consent to receiving order updates and communications from us

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Lialee Dreamwear
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Lialee Dreamwear is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question
